A curated experience for female CEOS in finance to embrace their power and step further into leadership.

C-Suite Retreat™

For Female Financial CEOs Building Firms, Wealth, and Legacy

This is not another conference.

This is not another industry gathering.

This is a return to you—the CEO behind the firm.

You carry the weight of payroll, production, compliance, leadership, growth, and client expectations. You are building businesses while simultaneously being responsible for people, performance, and precision. As your practice expands, so does the pressure.

More revenue. More responsibility. More decisions. Less space to breathe.

And somewhere along the way, the role of “advisor” gets consumed by the identity of “CEO.”

This is your reset.

The C-Suite Retreat 2026 is a 3-day immersive experience designed exclusively for female financial advisors who are also CEOs of their own firms.

A room of women who understand the pressure without explanation.

A space where you are not performing, producing, or proving.

A space where you are simply held, seen, and recalibrated.

The CEO Energy Has a Cost

You’ve learned how to lead in a world that rewards doing more. You make the decisions, drive production, hold people accountable, solve the problems, and carry the weight of a growing business. That strong, decisive, high-output energy has helped you build what you have today.

But when you live there for too long, it starts to cost you. Creativity gets quieter. Connection feels harder. Sales can start to feel forced. Leadership becomes reactive instead of intentional. And somewhere between taking care of the business, the team, and everyone who depends on you, it becomes surprisingly easy to lose touch with you.

The Pattern No One Talks About

When you’re ambitious and good at what you do, it’s easy to attach your sense of success to the next thing—the next sale, the next client, the next revenue goal, the next milestone. You become so accustomed to forward motion that stillness can actually start to feel uncomfortable.

Sometimes you don’t recognize the pattern until something shifts. Maybe your closing rate isn’t what it used to be. You’re feeling burned out. Your team needs more from you than you have to give. Or conversations that once energized you suddenly feel like one more thing on your list.

You can be incredibly successful and still realize: I don’t want success to feel this heavy.

Your Reset

That’s what these three days are about.

This is your opportunity to step outside of constant output and reconnect with the woman underneath the CEO title. We’ll explore the emotional and performance patterns influencing how you lead, sell, make decisions, and grow—while creating space to regulate, reconnect with your intuition, and imagine what the next version of your business could look like.

This isn’t about becoming less driven or softening your ambition. It’s about expanding your capacity to hold everything you’re building without being depleted by it.

A Different Way to Lead

You don’t need less ambition. You need a way of leading that allows all parts of you into the room.

When the masculine energy of structure, strategy, and execution can exist alongside the feminine energy of intuition, creativity, connection, and flow, something changes. Decisions become clearer. Sales feel more natural. Leadership feels lighter. Growth becomes something you can actually enjoy instead of constantly chasing.

Because the next level isn’t always about doing more.

Sometimes, it’s about becoming the woman who can hold more—with greater clarity, alignment, and ease.

And that’s where a successful CEO begins to become something even bigger: a legacy builder.

A Personal Note

I’ve lived this.

This past winter, I found myself in a cycle of constant prospect meetings, constant output, constant motion. I was closing—but I was not centered. I was leading—but I was not grounded.

I was operating fully in CEO mode, and it showed.

My closing rate shifted. My presence shifted. My connection to the mission shifted.

Not because I wasn’t working hard—but because I wasn’t in alignment.

That experience made one thing clear:

If you operate too heavily in execution energy, you lose connection.
If you operate too heavily in selling energy, you lose depth.

And leadership requires both.
